Rhino Electronic Shifter

The electronic shifter is a lighted set of buttons that allow the user to shift with a simple press of a button.  This feature allows the Rhino to control the shifting while in autonomous operation and, furthermore, helps people who have an injured hand or arm (Search and Rescue extraction) or simply for those who find shifting hard.  This system runs off of the Rhino's 12.0V power system and turns on and off with the ignition key so as to not drain the vehicle's battery.  If the user shuts off the rhino while in gear, the electronic shifting module will automatically switch it back to neutral when the Rhino is turned back on again.  This safety feature helps the user ensure that he/she cannot start the vehicle while in gear.

The electronic shifter is not limited to just autonomous use.  It can also be added to any existing Rhino as an upgrade kit for normal recreational use.
